Minutes of Meeting on June 30th 2013 Topic – Discussion on the upcoming cultural events Participants – Fr.Thomas Kallukulam, Joncy, Jackson John, Jackson Joseph, Mathew, Sneha, Jinso, Antony. Suggestions: 1. We will have Stage 1 (Main stage) & Stage 2. 2. Following are the events and timings allotted for the events STAGE 1 Events Timings Holy Mass 8.30 - 9.30 am Skit 10.00 - 1.00 pm Dance- 2.00 - 5.00 pm Prize Distribution- 5.00 -5.45 pm Rock band 6.00 - 7.00pm STAGE 2 Events Timings Bible Quiz 10.00 - 11.00 pm Group Song- 11.00 - 1.00 pm Pot Puri 2.00 - 3.30 pm 3. Responsibilities divided are as follows: Events Assigned to Skit - Mathew, Sneha Group Song- Jinso, Jini Group Dance - Joncy, Jilson Bible Quiz - Jackson T, Akash, Namitha Pot Puri- Jackson T, Leethya Registration - Jackson Joseph Stall- Robin, Joyal Rockband - Antony, Namitha Stationary - Williams, Rinto All the responsible heads will form the rules for their respective events and should update for the required volunteers and stationary items required. The rules will be further checked for confirmation. 4. Totally we are planning to have 8 stalls in which 2 stalls will be from SMYA. One for food & tea and one game. The rest 6 is given for other churches and in return the churches have to pay 500 as rent. 5. Venue to be checked is Claret School Jalahalli for August 18th. Jinso is taken the responsibility.
