Heres a quick sweet potato steam cake for her breakfast before we head out for celebration later 💃💃💃 Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp milk 2 tbsp fm powder 2 tbsp oil 2/3 cup unbleached all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 sweet potato (diced and boiled) *Lighty beat the eggs and add in oil, milk and sugar. Stir well. Add in flour, baking powder and milk powder. Add in drained sweet potatoes. I realized after adding the sweet potatoes, the mixture became watery and I added about 2 tbsp of flour. Please adjust the flour according to your thickness of the mixture. I have fm samples at home so I added to increase the milky flavour. Can be omitted. Steam for 15min and enjoy! 😋
