Misconduct: RPC8.4 It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: (d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; Candor Toward the Tribunal: RPC3.3(b) A lawyer who represents a client in an adjudicative proceeding and who knows that a person intends to engage, is engaging or has engaged in criminal or fraudulent conduct related to the proceeding shall take reasonable remedial measures, including, if necessary, disclosure to the tribunal. Unauthorized Practice of Law: RPC5.5(a) (a) A lawyer shall not: (3) assist a person who is not authorized to practice law pursuant to subpart (a) of this Rule in the performance of any activity that constitutes the unauthorized practice of law; or
