Misdemeanor Court acquits Expat duo of abusing compatriot The Misdemeanor Court presided over by Judge Hussein Al-Qallaf acquitted two expatriates of hailing abuses on their compatriot and his brother due to a quarrel over parking space. Case files indicated the plaintiff was with his brother at a public parking lot when suddenly the defendants started abusing him, using offensive expressions, and then he threatened to beat the plaintiff with baton. The defendants denied all accusations. The Attorney representing the defendants raised doubts against accurateness of the accusations against his clients, and argued that investigators could not find any legal evidence against them.
