Miss Daisy is a registered service dog. She didnt care much for her first job wearing the saddle bag!!! At one point on our way home, she went to sombody elses door and went on strike and wouldnt move. She is one strong dog and the word stubborn doesnt even do her her justice When Daisy decides that she doesnt want to move, she wont budge! I finally lured her back to the sidewalk with her favorite treat! She was so exhausted and about 2/3 of the way home, I finally took off the bag and carried it myself. I think she felt as light as a feather because she took off running down the alleys that get us home to our condo! In all fairness Daisy did a real good job for her first time with the saddle bag! I think that she prefers the job of standing by my side when I fall by making her body rigid so I can hang on to her to help me get back up into my wheelchair! I made a real big hero of her when we got home and praised and praised her with lots of hugs and her favorite treat, chicken liver nuggets!!! =)
