Miss McKim (First grade) I really dont remember a whole lot, except that she was young and pretty. (I didnt get too many of those!) I remember that we drew trees with black crayon, then went along the branches with white chalk so it looked like they had snow on them. She made little snowmen for our lockers with our names on them. It must have snowed a lot that winter (1967-68) because she said lets take down the snowmen because we were jinxing the weather! I asked her if her hair was naturally curly and she said that you arent supposed to ask personal questions like that.
