Missed one: Furthermore, reclassifying services that have been lightly regulated as information services would reverse over a decade of bipartisan precedent, including findings by the Supreme Court that this classification was proper. [A decade of precedent under a flimsy legal and practical rationale, versus a hundred-plus years of bedrock communications and transport policy! Also, the Supreme Court didnt say the current classification is proper, but rather that the FCC can reclassify provided its doing so is non-arbitrary. But were Comcast, so facts are relative!]
