Missing Child Alert issued 5/18/14 at 1:48 PM. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services has just issued a Missing Child Alert for the disappearance of Eliceo Cortez, a 14 year old male Hispanic child with autism. He was was last seen in the area of Shore Parkway and Voorhies Avenue in Brooklyn on Friday 5/16/14 at approximately 2:30pm. Eliceo has burn marks on his hands and was wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt, black high top Converse sneakers and a gray hooded sweatshirt. He is 61, 135lbs with brown eyes and black hair.
