Missing my son Skyler Lee Carpenter and his adorable sweet baby Laoghaire. I dont think I will ever get used to having them so far from me. I would have to say this is one of the most challenging lessons God has chosen for me. They are in my heart and prayers every day. I continue to ask the angels (Jason and Daryl) my father and brother to watch over them. Skyler has made me proud to call him my son. Please send strength to Skyler as he starts to rebuild his daughters and his life now that he has separated from the army. He has no family other than his 11 month old daughter. I know he is looking for a job, which is not easy for him due to his MOS was infantry. There are no Infantry jobs out in the real world. If anyone has any leads on jobs or programs to help separated solders find jobs that will help him to continue to be a productive member of society. He is a very hard worker, critical thinker, team player, computer wiz, strong, loyal, a gift to communicate, and overall a wonderful human with a big heart. #aproudmother Currently resides in the Copperas Cove TX area.
