Misty asks; How many of you suffer from debilitating headaches, that arent migraines? My family doctor told me that I was having tension headaches, but they bring me to my knees! He told me that taking headache medicine or my pain meds, just prolongs the headaches, making them last longer. He called them rebound headaches. If any of you experience the same thing, my question is, how to you manage these headaches? I use peppermint oil already, and icy hot. Doesnt work for long, the pain just bleeds through everything!
