Mitch wants to be a good role model for university administrators to put more of their pay at risk, so hes leaving 30% of his annual salary of $526 thousand under performance metrics. This way he can ask other folks to be treated like him. Dont forget, Mitch appointed 80% of the Board of Trustees while he was governor and they, in turn, hired him as President of Purdue when he didnt meet the minimum qualifications. Now he wants to be role model. Just so you know how this works...Mitch is a plant by the Bush family and their operatives for education reform. The reason we are following his moves at Purdue is to inform all the universities in the state of whats coming your way. Big changes on the way, so you better pay attention. For those of you who already received a diploma, and are repaying your $40-50 thousand dollar student loans, you paid way too much and wont be getting any help from the federal government.
