Mittens is missing from his home on Dalhousie near the Ryerson recreation site. He was last seen Aug 6 at 11 pm. While there are quite few black and white cats outs there, Mittens has a distinguishable white triangle on the bridge of his nose and his nose is half pink and half black. Mittens is a 1.5 year old, neutered male with no ID. He is accustomed to going out in the yard on leash but has no experience with the area beyond. He is skittish with people he doesnt know and he is drawn to other cats so if yours are out in your own yard, he may come to visit. He plays fetch like a dog so tossing a small toy, ball or spring may get him to bring it to you if he is in a playful mood. Check your yard, under your decks, sheds, stairs and porches if you live in the area. Have a look in your garage and shed as well. Call 204-292-1435 or 204-269-2675 if you have seen him.
