Mixed bag here. I am very much against two of these rules. One: Designated runners for catchers are silly, and dont have much of an impact because the new guy on base is always faster and results in a bunch of throws over to first. Also, its just silly to keep introducing ever more specialists. Two: I know the instances are very rare, but the occasional wild pitch, unexpected hit, or quick pitch strike is very entertaining and plenty enough reason to make the pitcher throw all four balls of an intentional walk.
