Mixed emotions from last night. We played a show for our Governor, Rick Perry. Hes been a wonderful supporter of not only our music, but all of those who do what we do in This great State of Texas. I am going to take a break from the grind that is playing music. Sometimes the business end of things gets in the way of being creative and having fun. The good news is, we had a great run! We played our own music, we charted 7 songs and never compromised. I had the greatest group of guys, they are friends, brothers and family. I thank them for the dedication and time away from their families, and standing behind me when sometimes they thought I was completely insane. To the fans.....there are no words to thank you properly for your support, just know that the greatest gift of playing your own music is looking out in the crowd and seeing you singing right along!
