Mmmm...brewed some breakfast blend to refresh my Thanksgiving meditations. Just enjoyed perusing more family photos painstakingly, assiduously assembled by my brother Kip to raves from all of us, five generations of the Kay family of Anderson County, SC! This latest treasure/collage is of the fifth generation of cousins (my and my twenty-six Kay cousins grandchildren, a few of whom I am getting acquainted with!). They are a lovely lot, a cross-section of America, including several biracial children--African-American and Amerasian children--and several sets of twins! We all remain unbelievably close, particularly thanks to Facebook--NOT a waste of time!--and I smile when I read quips and articles by folks dreading holiday reunions: WHATS THE PROBLEM?.... My grandmothers prayers continue to be answered: I can see her preening now from Heaven at all her--and our--many blessings! HAPPY THANKSGIVING, EVERYONE! Count YOUR blessings!
