Modern World - $180: Mid century modern furniture just screams classic style. This desk saw decades of use and abuse, but now it is a sparkling beauty. Finished in sleek black, with rough hewn edges to show the dings and age, varying degrees of latte to cocoa draw in the two leather insets on the desk top and one on the seat of the modern chair. Each leather inset is lined with nickel nails for a bit of sparkle, with over 500 individually placed nails. The hand painted and distressed map of the world is icing on the cake.
