Bert or Brinn transmissions will be permitted. Late Model (take-offs) tires permitted for use are either Hoosier or American Racer, and they must be used tires! No new Late Model tires permitted!!! Also, street-tread DOT stamped highway radial tires are allowed. Steel wheels only (maximum 10 inch width). 12 inch Late Model tire = 3,200 pounds 10 inch Late Model tire = 3,000 pounds 8 inch race tire/DOT street-tread tire = 2,800 pounds * Absolutely no aluminum heads permitted!!! * No quick-change rear-ends allowed in Modified Hobby.
