Molly L. McFadden of of The Ashton Real Estate Group of #REMAX Elite, the #1 # RealEstate team in #Nashville and #Tennessee, the official real estate team of the Tennessee #Titans and exclusively endorsed by Barbara Corcoran, has had a busy week in real estate. On Sunday, When the weather was absolutely beautiful, Molly spent the afternoon showing Condos in the Green Hills area. She was accompanied by her first time home buyer and her clients parents from Knoxville. After looking through several units, Molly wrote an offer for her clients and they went under contract Thursday. This week Molly has picked up two potential clients. One in which is a couple relocating from Ohio for work purposes. Her client is looking in the $350-$400,000 range in the West End and East Nashville area. Also, on Thursday she received a showing request for a $555,000 listing from a buyer looking at Equestrian Property in Franklin. She will be meeting them next week to look at several others in the Franklin Area. Last Saturday Molly spent her time working with and showing several condo units in Downtown Nashville, to a high profile client from Canada. Her client is a singer/songwriter who has sang with Keith Urban and also opened for Rascal Flatts. It is going to a fun day for all!
