Moms and Dads... Im curious, when your almost 3 year old refuses to go to bed (in her toddler bed so she can get out on her own) what do you do? Madison has been in her big girl bed since 18 months and she has not had a problem until recently (maybe the last 2 months)... And its not even consistently every night. She just cries out over and over I dont want to go to beddddd. She will stay in her bed and eventually fall asleep if mike or I lie on the floor in there. But if we leave her to cry (which has always been my method with my kids but they were in cribs when Ive encountered this in the past so I could just leave them- and then they stopped very quickly.. So this is very new to me) she just comes out and follows us! I dont really get it.. Im not surprised though because Ive never really understood my daughter (lol shes her own breed) but its just so inconsistent. Any tips? Ideas as to why she is doing it? As I lie here on the floor in her room for the past 30 minutes!
