Moms, this wheat free, gluten free Lemon and Poppy seed Muffin recipe is a real winner! Dry ingredients: 160g Glutagon Cake Flour (available from us) 100g Sugar 1t salt 1 Tbs Poppy Seeds Wet ingrediets: 100ml Milk 1 large egg 45ml Vegetable oil 1 Tbs finely grated lemon peel Baking time: 20-22 minutes 1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees C 2) Combine all ingredients 3) Spoon into 6 lightly greased muffin tray 4) Bake for recommended baking time Enjoy!!!
