Monday December 8th: Good morning... increasing clouds today ahead of our next coastal system, which will overspread the area tonight with rain, starting as a mix in central and northern areas overnight. Everyone in our coverage area changes to rain on Tuesday, and the rain could be heavy at times... then a change to snow is likely for some areas especially across NE PA and areas of elevation as early as late Tuesday afternoon, central areas late Tuesday night.
