Monday night just thinking about the REDSKINS season from the start. And even though RG3 is the blame for some problems. The Shananagins are the blame for the rest. You cant call yourself a coach if you dont prepare your team for they opponent weekly. Starting with your coaches like Quarterback Coach I bet have of the people reading this dont know every team have one and his name is LaRoche.. his job is to tell RG3 what mistakes hes making like ball leverage make sure you look off your first WR and run if theres no one open which he should have done on that 3rd & 1!!! But his QB Coach doesnt do that because the Shananagins are always talking to him. I dont even see why Mike daddy Shana talks to him he dont call plays.. See if that was JOE GIBBS I can understand because that Head Coach called most of the or approved them. Offensive Coordinator Kyle Shann practice the plays and call the plays, but does not teach RG3 mechanics to execute them such as going to his second option quicker or when to opt out of the play. Now some of you going to say this well why RG3 dont know these things and to that all College QBs dont now anything that they will see on the PRO level so they need to be taught... And they not teaching RG3 anything because you see some of the same mistakes committed every week thats preparation!!!! Now to the Defensive Coaches job is all about preparation in making sure his players understand the opponent techniques and weakness... GAME PLAN PEOPLE THE REDSKINS COACHING STAFF DONT HAVE THE ANSWERS TO BE TEACHERS!!!!! The great coaches makes the average players great... So all the people that are connected to the REDSKINS share this with your audience and Redskin Management!!!!!
