Mondays session begins with some mobility work with a focus on hip flexors and t-spine. If we can get the hip flexors lengthened and fired up, its going to make a huge improvement with your squat. Mobilising the T-spine is going to improve your posture and enable you to remain more upright in your squat. Ability to get into and maintain position is vital if you want to make progress and get stronger. Dont just go through the motions when mobilising. Focus on quality and improvement. This will lead to great things.
