Monica Lewinsky wasnt the only one polishing Bill Clinton. While Clinton was being applauded and called the first black president, the Clinton administration approved the NAFTA act (Lowering wages & destroying small farmers in central America), Welfare Reform (reducing gov aid for the working class and increasing aid for the Corporate class), Glass Steagall act (Relinquishing regulations to prevent Bank Fraud).
