Monotheism - belief in a single God. Islam is a monotheistic faith. theism meaning - the doctrine or belief in the existence. Mono meaning one, Just one. Logic of a God is mono in Islam. Thus God in Islam is Monotheism. Accordingly Muslims are not polytheist or pagan or hero-worshippers or superstitious. They believe rationally and responsively in one God. To confront such intellectually giants one needs extraordinary education, so was Mohammad. Consequently God chose him to be His Rasule (apostle/ missionary/ messenger). He acted like a postman between God and man. The massage which he received from God made Kurras to from each word in their memories without missing a dot or jot. Islam gives glory to one God. God of Islam also called Allah, That is singular form of Allohim, originated from Hebrew word. Muslims do not believe in any ritual, Palmistry or foretelling or luck or superstition. To a Muslim all are predestined and only will of Allah can change. They believe in power of prayer as prayer can change things, stop calamity. Muslims call upon God to show His mercy all the time, integrally when threatened. To a Muslim all situation is in control of God. He can change for good or worse according to His mercies and grace. No one orders God. He has hid all blessing in his Universe for Human. He wants all to be blessed be happy. He doesn’t discriminate. He is not partial. He allow some thing cruel or bad to happen with a purpose that He will revealed when ever He would wished. Allah of Islam doesn’t have any figure or shape. He was not born of cosmos or person or thing or an animal. He is not an idol or immerged from epics or myth or figment of imagination. Allah of Islam is omnipotence, omnipresence, omniscient and omni-creator. His will is predominates all and no fortitude controls Him. He accepts worship without any representation or via. He can be worshiped anywhere. All have access to Him all the time. There is no via to approach Him. Mohammad is part of Islamic creed because God wanted to affirmed that all He had spoken was through him and no body claim a new doctrinal issue subsequently. Or replace Mohammad imaginatively. Islam is a straight jacket faith. By believing on get blessed. Ali, Hussein and his family are symbol of ultimate sacrifice to uphold righteousness and integrity of Islam. This is core of Islamic practise that it reject dishonesty of all kind form and type. Thus Islam meaning peace and security for all and in all circumstance. Mohammad house hold gave ultimate sacrifices of live to uphold Islamic truthfulness. For this Matam ( growling, self beating, injuring body) is not Islamic. This kind pattern of sacrificial standout supporting righteous. Godly of such sacrifices was incomparable. To remember that ultimate sacrifices is honourable to ones soul. One who pray and put in practise for the cause of Islam is as if one were of Mohammad family. It is final testimony to Muslims to be exhorted on the path of Islam. Thus family of Mohammad were matchless Imams. Divide of Shi-a and Sunni is unrighteous act. They both are tenant of same faith under same God and His apostle. To colour Islamic faith heretically would blessed no one. Islam promotes unity, jam-at,( gathering) Umma, (community) Mosque (all under one roof), Hajj (globally united worship) are leading to united Islam and divided and sectarianism practises are not Islamic. Equality and human unity and compassion are divine calling of Islam. Chest beating, cutting body, beating head self injuring is not part of Islam. This cannot be use as pretext to hate one another. Either in support or condemnation. Initially Maatam was not of violently committing self injuries but latter immerge as ritual. Islam is not ritual but order of God. He order his people through Koran. The order was to submit to His governance that included even Mohammad. Mohammad and his family were like one of us but incomparable. They gave perfect to honour God even to death. They were not God’s particle but their attachment to God exceptionally unique. Thus cannot be put to any comparison. They were obedient, righteous, conscious of God and His grace and His punishment. They thanks for Gods grace and repented for sins beg forgiveness. God adjudicated them to be counted enough righteous to be His chosen one. Not equivalent to God, but honourable enough to bare witness and bring His massage to people. Thus Islam has no religion of Matam (sorrow) but of Victory and Tablig to non-Muslims. Family of Mohammad was guide line to Muslims who surrender to God’s will unconditionally. They never postulated Matam. This is for us to adore and worshiped Him and be proud to be led by such Imams, Hessian and Hussein who gave lives to keep igniting Islamic faith irrespective of the dreaded persecution.
