Monsoonal moisture from what once was Hurricane Norbert (now downgraded to a tropical depression) continues to stream into Southern California bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms in the mountains and deserts. A Flash Flood Watch remains in place for the Inland Empire where heavy downpours are expected. A Beach Hazards Statement continues for the coast as there is elevated surf and strong rip currents. Drier and warmer conditions begin tomorrow and continue through the end of the week.
