Monthly Wine/Dinner pairing is this Monday the 13th. Chef Wallace is offering his take on dishes from the French colonies matched with wines from California grapes produced by French House Chandon. Meet and Greet starts at 6:30; dinner begins at 7 pm. The Menu: Greeting Wine: Kir Bruxelles (Pinot Gris with Cassis) 1st course: Salade Quebecoise-An arugula salad with Canadian blueberries in a vanilla bean/herb vinaigrette paired with Chandon Pinot Noir. 2nd course: Beignets de Crabe a la Louisianne-Crab Cakes in Sauce Raifort paired with Chandon Chardonnay. 3rd course: Poulet a la Marocain: Frenched chicken breast served over a candied pistachio/ginger couscous paired with Chandon Pinot Meunier. 4th course; Malagasy Crepes: A chocolate delicacy from Madagascar We have a few reservations left, call now!
