More? Why more? Africa needs less not more foreign European, Asian and American peacekeepers. If only African leaders didnt cling to power for eternity but instead allowed elections and peaceful transitions of govts, we wouldnt have so many insurrections that need large numbers of peacekeepers. Isnt this an admission of inability to rule themselves? Yes,you can attribute this to tribalism and religious differences. It might be true but to solve this problem,you can, among many other solutions, decentralize power regionally and have a federal govt like that of the USA but with an African flavor in each of the contested and feuding regions.
