More donations pour in to Fight Ebola A new impetus has been added to international and local efforts in the fight against the deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) with the donation of Le. 752 Million (Seven Hundred and Fifty-Two Million Leones) by various institutions to support government in its efforts to kick Ebola out of Sierra Leone. The donations were made by representatives of the different institutions to President Koroma at State House this morning 6th August. Breakdown of the donations are as follows: Sierra Leone Football Association (SLAFA) and FIFA Solidarity to Fight Ebola - Le.217 million Mercury International - Le.250 million Lebanese Consul General to Sierra Leone - Le.50 million Indian Community in Sierra Leone - Le.150 million plus 50 bucket with taps CEOs of all Insurance Companies in Sierra Leone - Le.85 million Please donate now to support the fight to help prevent more Serra Leoneans from dying of this deadly Ebola outbreak and in memory of those who have died.
