More pics of the restoration... There was wood rot by the door and around the toilet. I wasnt thrilled with the idea of falling through the floor using the toilet at 2 am, so the old green and yellow carpet was torn out (came out in rotted pieces) and Ron reported to me that whoever installed the toilet used industrial strength glue, so he would need to cut the old toilet out and replace it. I had a good laugh at that! It came out in pieces and I got a nice porcelain toilet in its place :-) Pounds of mud robber nests had to come out before systems could be checked and animal skeletons were found. The trailer stank to high heaven! The front of the trailer where the dinette should be had some kind of platform built with a table in front of it. Problem was Im too fat to fit between the table and that seat so it had to come out. Next to it the previous owners had a homemade cabinet and microwave. I have not yet done anything with that area because I cant decide if I want to have Ron build the dinette or an office for me. I work remotely and that means when I travel, too. Mine also has a gaucho couch covering the wheel well and 10 gal fresh water tank, which Ron replaced with a larger one.
