More public debate about the illegality of racial profiling needs - TopicsExpress

More public debate about the illegality of racial profiling needs to occur. Apparently. We can begin the debate by pointing out that racial profiling may be illegal for the police (in some jurisdictions) but it is certainly not illegal in the Martin case. McNair and others need to learn this important fact before the debate can proceed if were to base the debate on reality. The debate needs to focus on the one fact of the Martin case that liberals and other racists will not acknowledge much less discuss. The prosecutions star witness testified that Martin said he reached his fathers mistresss home where there was no sign of Zimmerman. A frightened little boy takes his Skittles and walks through the door to safety. A frightened little boy does not return to the scene from which he just ran for his life to see if he can confront the scary monster from whom he just ran for his life. Thats the Trayvon Martin case in a nutshell. Until we can discuss the facts of the case as we know them, we cannot have a real debate with liberals and other racists. All we can do is watch them posture and stonewall.
