When I was on a boat sailing from Florida to the Bahamas, the water was at first black, and then it changed color. Not subtly or gradually, but in a line: black water met blue water, like that you see here, in a line and the line passed under the boat. It was the west edge of the Gulf Stream, pushing the pollution from the US back up toward the US eastern seaboard. Watch this whale, and watch the water itself in here.
