Ads posted by brokers in websites throw is figures figures like Rs 1.75 crores for 1800 sq foot Apartments and RS 2 crores plus for apartments of 2000 sq feet and above. This , many people, dont realize amouts to $400,000 to HALF a million dollars which can fetch you a plush pad in New York or London. Is the Govt aware of the ridiculous amount of black money padding these prices and how much of a bubble has been built.
