Can you say open door, music and a beer. Bets is feeling better after a long afternoon and night of sleeping and much needed rest. These are the days and nights we live for.... UPSTATENY in the fall. Hell Yeah... Never did get Rockys lead line untangled from under the porch. Just reversed it for now. Going back under soon. I did find a friend and toys while I was under. Bones and body parts. Hehehe....Thinking about the days of decorating the house for the kids on Halloween. Painting windows with Frankenstein and the werewolf. Making webs out of yarn.. Billy and Sadie Benson and the giant spider near the size of a Volkswagen on the side of the house on Hudson St. Carving pumpkins. Friends coming to the house with the kids to trick or treat around our very large and generous block. Hot apple cider and rum. Parents taking turns walking around the block with the kids. 2 trips around the block and 2 good drinks and the parents were done. Huge bags of goodies for the kidlets to keep them happy and hyper for days. Mr. Stark on Geneva St. sitting on his porch next to a bowl of candy in a costume waiting for kids to come on the porch. Take One... He scared the hell out of the kids...and the parents. You were the best Mr. Stark. Thanks!!! Over and over again! Making costumes Rob. Bill doing the same for Cass. Just plain fun. Not any kids out here to trick or treat. Love this time of year. Pumpkin pies and whipped cream and ice cream... Be still my stomach. Not much going on today cleaning up the rest of Rockys unstuffed stuff toy. Couldnt put it in the garbage yesterday. He was having too much fun with it. Ethan finally got the memo. His room is strewn as well. He wont by them anymore. Its a beautiful day and Im just going to enjoy it as it comes. Time on the porch inbetween the cleanup with the company of the Roc. Find your peace and hope. Share it and make someone happy. Dont judge someone elses sorrow or joy. Accept and enjoy. If not. Slap someone.. Because. Homie Dont Play that.
