Morning Grind Weighted chins final set with 7.5kg weighted, 4 weeks out. Who says you need to loose all your strength in prep ?? Building that wide back / trying to create a smaller waist look!! Im genetically straight up and down small hips narrow shoulders so to create shape I have to build my medial delts, lats and butt. Cant grow my hips or shrink my waist besides loosing body fat so this is how you create shape and the bikini mould. It doesnt happen overnight I have loads more work to do but its important for people to see that competing isnt just about dieting!!! Shape is crucial
