Morning Inspiration: Be careful! Watch out for attacks from the Devil, your great enemy. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for some victim to devour. 1st Peter 5:8 Anyone who has ever watched National Geographic knows who the lions capture and kill. Those who are all alone, off by themselves, wandering away from the protection of their group, are usually target number one. Easy prey is always the first to be attacked, and most likely to be destroyed. We protect ourselves in being surrounded by other believers, through Bible studies, small groups, church activities/events, and personal friendships. Even then, we will be attacked, but are much less likely to fall. When we go out into the world alone, we have to take a strong stand and remain firm in our faith, trusting in Jesus to keep us safe and secure when we are targeted.
