Morning Platform Players. Cleveland Masters is about to start and here is how it will go. 1st Quarter: Kahler-Riva vs Wojtkowski-Vens. This will be closer than expected. Vens took a set from Gambino-Broderick last week. Not sure about Wojtkowski though. I like Kahler-Riva in 3 sets. 2nd Quarter: English-Moore run into a solid team in the round of 16 McLaughlin-Lowe. English-Moore win but its two close sets. Their quarter will be against Bhanji-Miller (these guys seem to play every tournament). English-Moore win in straight sets. 3rd Quarter: Khurana-Wagner vs Heil-Martin. This one could go either way. Im going to take Heil-Martin in straight sets but its very close. 4th quarter: McFadden-Rogers vs Englesberg-McMasters. Englesberg-McMasters take it easily in 2 sets. Semis: Kahler-Riva vs English-Moore. This will depend on how last nights events unfolded. I have a feeling Kahler-Riva will be for lack of a better word fresher. They win in straight sets. Heil-Martin vs Englesberg-McMaster. Same thing applies here as the other semi. Englesberg-McMaster train hard all year for a reason. They win in straights and move to the finals. Finals: Kahler-Riva vs Englesberg-McMaster. #1 vs #2. Its a match made in heaven for the tournament directors. Tickets will skyrocket due to marque matchup. Standing room only. Scalpers all over Cleveland will be licking their chops for the payday they are about to have. Kahler-Riva win 6-3, 6-2. Everyone then goes to the Browns game. Whoops they are on a bye week. I guess everyone just goes home. What else is there to do in Cleveland?
