***Morning Progress Check*** 💎Im not at my goal yet, but Im closer than I was a few months back, and thats good enough for me 👍 💎Im not shredded to perfection and dont pretend to be. But Im a hell of a lot better than I was before 👍 And yes there were 10 other selfies that just didnt make the cut! 😂 This is all from healthy eating. I work my abs maybe once every week for 15 minutes. Sit ups to not get rid if belly fat! Nutrition and making the right food choices do!
