Morning Saga Akasambatuko powered by Centenary Bank Lets help this muzzinyi who has a problem in her marriage. Kojja Ssempagama, I have heard you help people especially women with relationship issues and now it’s my turn. My husband and I have been married for about three years and we are happy, however I have a problem with his relatives. His family has a huge chunk of land and that’s where my husbands brothers, uncles, cousins and other relations all constructed houses including his mother---my mother in law. So they are all close neighbors. Before they all leave for work in the morning, they pass by our home for breakfast even the ones who are married. They eat and don’t even help with the dishes but just walk away and wait to be back for lunch, eat and leave. I have no problem with my mother in law eating at my home because she lives alone and even if she didn’t come over for meals, I would have taken the food to her my self, but these men and women just walk into my home, eat and then leave like it’s a restaurant. And this started the minute I got married…every single day. I talked to my husband about it and he says he took over from his father when he passed away (he is the heir), so his siblings feel like they are home when they visit. He told me I should get used to it. . I am tired and am losing weight because it is too much work cooking for all those people. Please advise me on what to do because it’s stressing me.
