Morning all... #MotivationMonday time! I cant believe its November already... where on earth has this year gone?!? The arrival of Halloween and Guy Forks night is always an indicator that just round the corner this year will be coming to a close, scary stuff. I hope everyone had a good weekend, either out enjoying Halloween parties or going to see a firework display somewhere! I was doing the latter with friends and family which was then polished off with a few pints of the black stuff. Since we are now on the final stretch of the year, where times can get extremely stressful, my piece of advise for you today is to build something new into your daily routine. So when the festive season is in full flow and you dont know which way to turn, youll have some way of calming the mind and focusing. So, I would like you to take 10-15 minutes of time during your day to get a little piece and quiet. In this time use it to mind dump everything going on up stairs down on paper or noted in your phone, whatever works for you, once its down it doesnt need to be whirling round in your noodle. Or use this time to build a small meditation practice, now dont shy away from the thought of meditation, just sit and relax, close the eyes, listen to the breathe and observe the coolness of the breathe in and the warmth of the the breathe going out.
