Morning brothers and sisters when i read that we have lost someone what gets into my mind is the family that has been left behind, we comment we send messages of condolences which is good and after funeral that just ends there. when this group was started i remember i wrote and state we need a trust fund for tinganga that is not political or anything just a welfare for every family in Tinganga coz you never know when need arises, today we mourn two families Mr. Nyakianda and Nyaberia who both have left kids behind. I remember i stated this would be household and my concept was taken to be very political i get worried when i see we have to organize harambee which at times the turn out is very low. my sincere request is that we think of investing in Tinganga Welfare where each member is liable to contribute either 100bob a month or 500bob depending on what we agree on we need to get structures incase we are to assist the many families this kitty can be used to help those ailing, bereaved and even those who are getting married. those who are in organizations will agree with me this welfare does help and if i check here we are more than 500 families represented you know when a serious thing or a good thing will happen that you need to be assisted. I propose we get this Tinganga welfare a chance to be born here on social media and get every family to contribute we have reliable person who can go and open an Account and we have the cash send in as per family for example i will stand in on behalf of the Ngangas and i will contribute on behalf of my family. Susan Nyaberia has two kids Mr. Nyakianda has two kids think when you die today or even me who will be left with your kids or kid. we need this welfare as soon as possible and this will be part of auditing how many people are ready to partake in Tinganga activities. and remember this welfare is not only in times of sorrow if a member gives birth, get married this welfare will carter for it. right now we have the fundraising of this girls if we had a kitty we would not have an issue. Guys remember a welfare can rise to be a savings organization(sacco). Lets wake up from our comfort zone and think ahead. remember even school fees we can help from the kitty so many of our kids want to go to campus but hakuna pesa this can act as help to our brothers and sisters, we can also get sponsors through an organized welfare.
