Traffic (Not a good start this morning) M4, Berkshire Two lanes closed and queueing traffic due to spillage of chemicals on M4 London bound between J14 A338 (Hungerford) and J13 A34 (Chieveley / Newbury). A34, Berkshire One lane blocked and very slow traffic due to broken down lorry on A34 Northbound around High Street (East Ilsley), congestion to M4 J13 (Chieveley / Newbury). Weather High of 15 Deg C Today Largely cloudy, with only limited bright or sunny intervals, mainly at first today. However most places will remain dry, as showers will be isolated. Generally temperatures slightly above normal across the region, with the highest temperatures across Kent. Breezy. Tonight Largely dry and cloudy initially, before windy conditions with outbreaks of locally heavy rain spread east. Localised gales developing, especially along the south coast.
