Morning update: snow! Temps have now passed the freezing mark throughout the area, with the exception of northern tier counties, where they will changeover to plain rain in the next few hours. Thankfully the temperature rose before the morning commute, with the exception of a few accidents earlier this morning, roads for the most part are just wet. Tonight: gonna be a tricky forecast, but I think most of the area hits 3 of snow, we may even reach warning level snows.. More on that around noon.
