Morning world .. from a rather overcast M3 J3. Ive got a dentist appointment at 08.00 .. :-( Yesterday, the boxes I posted home from the Falklands arrived en-mass at work. For the first time I unpacked the sheep skin I bid for in the FIRS pre Christmas charity auction. I have to say it is a seriously beautiful piece of memorabilia from the Falklands. Im not sure how old the animal was when it was eaten, but I would have thought the animal was not quite full grown. The pelt is not as big as some Ive seen, nor as small as some, but then some of the Falklands sheep are a small breed, others are monsters. The feel of it is just amazing. I was going to have it as a rug in my aft cabin on the yacht .. but its too lovely to walk on so I might have it on the bunk to lay on sometimes. Theale group meal tonight .. anyone ?
