Moro Peoples CORE turned three years in service Moro Peoples CORE on its third year anniversary held its Thanksgiving and Welcome Program on July 29, 2014 at Waterland Resort, Osias, Kabacan, Cotabato. The celebration was attended by Moro Peoples CORE staff, Board of Trustees, Officers of the different Peoples Organization organized by Moro Peoples CORE, Volunteers and other stakeholders. The event became so memorable because of the presence of the Peoples CORE Executive Director Mr. Joe Navidad who was from Los Angeles, California. Moro Peoples CORE recognized the noble support extended by Mr. Navidad and the entire Peoples CORE which pave way to the meaningful organizing work of Moro Peoples CORE. On her Report of Accomplishments, Ms, Zaynab Afdal Ampatuan, Executive Director of Moro Peoples CORE expressed her gratefulness that the organization has gone far on its organizing work. She also mentioned about the great number of Litnum and Kuntaw Learners Moro Peoples CORE was able to teach and train since 2011. Ampatuan added that the organization is eyeing to reach more communities in order to realize its vision; a self-determining and self-governing community!
