Morris (the stray found near Morrison Ave in Houma) is safe and settled in for the night :) He is about 6 months old, heartworm negative, has demodex, he has several puncture wounds under his neck and on his shoulders and forearms as if he was attacked by another dog or wild animal. He does have hookworms and roundworms, so we dewormed him today, started him on ivomec and special shampoo and flea prevention. He has a nasty ear infection and it looks like he has been infested with flies wherever he was. He feels MUCH better now after a bath, bowl of canned food and a comfy bed :D He is a great puppy! Very laid back, gives awesome kisses, loves other dogs, kids and cats. He will be available for adoption once his skin clears up and he is neutered.
