Most humans have moral emotions such as empathy, sympathy, and compassion, which are made possible by a highly developed limbic system and the requisite love and upbringing. Psychopaths are lacking in emotion, and therefore moral agency, as a result of an impoverished limbic system. There are many reasons for believing that dolphins and other cetaceans have extraordinarily high levels of emotional depth and complexity, just two of which are their moral behavior, e.g. numerous documented cases of them risking their lives to save human swimmers and other animals, and the massive size and overall neural proportion of their limbic system. Their limbic system is so highly-developed that their brain has a whole additional expanse of cortex beyond humans that neuroscientists have named the paralimbic cortical lobe. Video: Hammerhead shark follows diver to surface, dolphins intervene and disrupt hammerheads pursuit. This is just one of numerous videos that show dolphins recognizing that another species member is in danger and provide aid sometimes risking their own lives. I dont see a need to challenge the human supremacy bias, so I will just say IMO the evidence is strong that many species of cetaceans exceed human capacities for moral emotions, emotions generally, and strength of mind.
