Most likely, fasting became a tradition in those days when women stayed at home but todays woman is educated and can stand on her own. And she is equal to her partner in life and raising a family. Then why are only women suppose to sacrifice ? better you all ladies love & respect your Man with all your heart rather than following what all do.....(PS : to all those young ladies who dont even care a damn about their husbands but for sure keep a fast ;-) )
