These resources, if an accused is found guilty, could be used as reparations for victims of the PEV.” That’s an excerpt from a recent interview with William Pace of the Coalition for the International Criminal Court, where he indirectly explains what the Rome Statute says in regard to reparations. What do you think of the principle that says condemned persons could be ordered to compensate victims with their own money?
