Most of us have glimpsed the sun today, but water is rising fast everywhere - and more wild weather is on the way. Gale force winds and waves, and yet more very heavy rain, will hit the south tonight. The Environment Agency says its doing all it can - but is warning it cant stop the floods and communities must be prepared to help themselves. Lewis Coombes was been in Romsey, where there have been scenes of chaos.
